Returning Physical Books
You may return your hardcover book within 14 days after receipt, provided the book is unread, undamaged, and in its original packaging. This policy is in line with legal exceptions for products that may quickly lose value, such as books.

Returning Free E-books
With the purchase of a physical book, you will always receive a free e-book. Because the e-book is delivered immediately and cannot be recalled, the e-book cannot be returned.
Please note:
By downloading the e-book, you forfeit your right of withdrawal for the entire product (both the hardcover book and the e-book). By doing so, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the e-book and the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Damage and Problems

Exceptions
E-books cannot be returned. Physical books are only eligible for return if they are unread, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges and Refunds
For approved returns of hardcover books, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs.
